What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How secure is your online shop? Will my data be protected?

Yes, our shop is secure and your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software.

The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card, or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

Where are your products made?

Every product is made in Huntington Beach, California using high-quality materials and state-of-the-art 3D printing technology.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! If you’ve got an idea or need something unique printed, hit the chat or contact us. We’re always happy to hear your ideas and would love to help make them a reality.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order, you’ll get an order confirmation email right away. Then we’ll start printing or preparing your item(s). Most items are made to order within 1-2 business days.

Once your order is ready, we’ll pack it carefully and ship it out. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information so you can follow it on the carriers website.

Keep in mind that carrier updates can take 1–2 business days to appear after shipping.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since we begin making all orders within 24 hours, cancellations or changes must be requested immediately after purchase.

To cancel or change an order, email us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.

  • If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it arrives as long as it is within our return policy.
How fast do you ship?

We ship most orders out within 1-3 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

If we're ever backed up or out on a ride with our family we’ll note current lead times on the homepage and/or product page.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $40 in the U.S.

For orders under $40, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

What should I do if my order says it was delivered, but I can't find it?

If your tracking shows your order as delivered, but you haven’t received it, here are a few steps to help locate your package:

  1. Check around your property: Carriers sometimes leave packages in less obvious places like behind bushes, in garages, or with neighbors.
  2. Ask neighbors or household members: Someone nearby may have accepted the delivery on your behalf or the carrier may have delivered it to the wrong address by mistake.
  3. Wait 24–48 hours: Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered a bit early, and it arrives shortly afterward.

If you’ve tried these steps and still can’t locate your package, please contact us. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

What should I do if I didn't recieve an order confirmation email?

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes emails can land there. If you do find our email in spam, be sure to add us to your safe sender list to ensure future order updates arrive in your inbox.
  2. Verify your email address. Make sure the email you provided during checkout is correct.
  3. Still no email? Contact us here. Include your full name and the approximate time of purchase, and we’ll help you locate your order confirmation.
Where’s my order?

You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

If you haven’t received tracking info yet, it means your order is still being processed or printed (usually within 1-3 business days).

What’s your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If something’s not right, reach out here and we’ll make it right.

In the case that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

We pack everything securely, but sometimes carriers like to reenact a scene from Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. We get it, and we’ll fix it.

Contact us with a description and photo of the issue and we’ll get a replacement shipped out ASAP.

How do the helmet hook mounts work?

Just screw the back plate of the mount into a wall, locker, or shelf. Then, slide the body of the mount onto the backplate and hang up your helmet in style.

Want to swap colors or switch things up a bit? Easily swap our your helmet mount for a different color or style (like our slim helmet wall mount) using the same backplate. Just slide the old mount off and put the new one in it's place.

With our helmet wall mount system, swapping your helmet mounts and moving them around is easy!

(Note: Each mount includes wood screws for stud mounting. Sheetrock anchors NOT included.)

Will the mount fit my helmet?

Yep! Our mounts work with full-face, modular, and open-face helmets.

Customers have used them for everything from motorcycle helmets to jet boat racing and firefighting gear.

What’s the difference between the Flagship and Slim Helmet Mounts?

The Flagship Helmet Wall Mount is larger, has customizable color inserts, and features two additional hooks for your jackets, gloves, or keys.

The Slim version is more compact and will store your helmet flush against the wall for a clean look that hides the mount.

What is an NFC Smart Keychain?

It’s a tap-to-share keychain that links to your Instagram, website, or digital business card.

No app required, just tap with your phone.

How do I program the keychain?

We preset it based on your order, but you can reprogram it anytime using your phone with the NFC Tools App.
